BEING part of the same premises which Merle I" Stambaugh,
Executor of the Estate and under the Last will and Testament of
Mary G, Stambaugh, et ai" by deed dated March 28, 1991 and
recorded on March 211, 1991 in the Cumberland County Recorder of
Oeeds Office in Deed Book "A", Volume 35, Page 403, granted and
conveyed unto John M, Knaub and Janet 0, Knaub, his wife. 'l'he
said Janet D, Knaub died March 26, 1995, whereupon full and
complete title to the within described real estate became vested
solely in John M. Knaub, surviving spouse, the Grantor herein.
ALSO BEING part of the same premises which Merle L. Stambaugh,
Executor of the Estate and under the Last Will and Testament of
Mary G. Stambaugh, et al., by deed dateu December 12, 1986 and
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office 'in
Deed Book IIJII, Volume 32, Page 256, granted and conveyed unto
John M. Knaub and Janet D. Knaub, his wife, 'rhe saiu Janet D.
Knaub died March 26, 1995, whereupon full and complete title to
the within described real estate became vested solely in John M.
Knaub, surviving upouse, the Grantor herein.
