The Plaintiff provided four (4) panels which included i , the following I (1).200 amp 409 piece Main lug panel. (2). Sub-panel with 100 amp Main Breaker. (3). 200 amp 40 space Main Breaker. (4). 2-100 amp 20 space sub-panels. ! 5. The Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed the Plaintiff I II would strap and re-strap the service. i I 6. The Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed the Plaintiff i I would trace circuits and install lighting in the bar; the 'I I[ Plaintiff provided the Defendant fifteen (15) lights around the II bar and six (6) florescent lights throughout the business. ! The Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed the Plaintiff II !i would provide receptacles for the Defendant's baz:; the Plaintiff II Ii provided between thiz:ty (30) and forty (40) receptacles in the il Defendant's bar. 8. The Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed the Plaintiff would take the necessary steps to have the wiring and cables set for the TV Cable and the Plaintiff did tio. 9. The Plaintiff and the Defendant agz:eed the Plaintiff would provide two (2) bathroom light and fan combinations for the bar and the Plaintiff did so at the Defendant's request. 10. The Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed the Plaintiff would install a light fixture in the kitchen and the Plaintiff I inatalled two (2) (B ft. lighte with protection). I 11. The Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed the Plaintiff would provide lighting upstairs in the apaz:tment and in the bar and the Plaintiff diet so. 12. The Plaintiff and ths Defendant agreed the plaintiff would provide wiring for four (4) apartments, outlet lighting, cable and phone service for the apartments and the Plaintiff did so. 13. The Plaintiff and ths Defendant agreed the Plaintiff i would provide lighting for the sign in front of the bar and the Plaintiff did so. 14. The Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed the Plaintiff would provide outside lighting for the outside walkway and the Plaintiff did so. 15. The Plaintiff has continually invoiced the Defendant for services provided, and the Defendant has refused to compensate the Plaintiff. 16. The Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed that should the Defendant be in default upon said Agreement, there would be lOt monthly late charges. 17. The Plaintiff provided materials and sllJrvices to the Defendant and the Defendant has been unjustly enriched as a result of Plaintiff's work and materials provided to the Defendant. lB. The Defendant has breached this contract without just cause. 19. The Plaintiff has provided said work and materials and completed said job in a workman like manor. 20. The Plaintiff demanded the Defendant to compensate him $2,470.00 for Invoice No. 1005 and the Plaintiff requested the Defendant to compensate him $600.00 foz: the Invoice No. 1007. (See Exhibit "A").
