1. Plaint if f, 1l0MESIDE LENDING, INC.. successor by merger to
BANCPLUS MORTGAGE CORPORATION, has an office at 9601 McAlliater
Freeway, Ban Antonio, Texas 70216-6044.
2. Defendant, DALE M, WEAVER, is an adult individual whose laat
known residence is 701 Walton Street, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043-
2035,
3, On or about september 15, 1994, Defendant executed and
delivered a Mortgage Note in the sum of $106,391,00 payable to
DANCPl,US MORTGAGE CORP" (original mortgagee), a copy of said Note is
attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A".
4. Contemponmeously with and at the time of the execution of the
aforesaid Mortgage Note, in order to secure payment of the same,
Defendant made, executed and delivered to the original Mortgagee. a
certain l'eal estate Mortgage which ill recorded in the within
Commonwealth and County in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
Mortgage Book 1233, page 473, conveying to the o1'1ginal Mortgagee the
real estate described therein, 1II0MEOIDE l,ENDINCl INC., IS 'I'IIE
SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BANCPLUS MORTGAClE COIlPORA'rlON). Baid Mortgage
is incorporated herein by reference.
