WHEREAS, THOMAS S. WEBER and KAREN R. WEBER, of Mechanicaburg,
Penn.ylvanla ("OWnera"), are about to execute contemporaneoully
herewith, a contract, with MICIIAEL R. OOPORCYK, t/a MRO SERVICE'
REPAIR, of 2116 Walnut Bottom Road, Carli.le, PA
17013
("Contractor") , for plumbing and heating, ventilating and air
conditioning work in connection with the conatruction of a dwelling
house and other improvements ("Improvementa") upon a lot of land
situate on Lisburn Road, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
pennsylvania, as more fully set forth in the legal deacription
attached and marked Exhibit A (the "Property").
NOW, this
day of
, 1997, at the time
of and immediately bpfore the exenution of the prinCipal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the
aaid Contractor to commence work on the Property or Improvements,
or to purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the
making of the said contract with Owners and in further
consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner., it ie
agreed that no lien shall be filed again.t the property or
