I, MARY M. DEFUGE, of East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, make, pUblish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void any and all former Wl11s by me at any time heretofore made.
ARTlCLB I
I dlreet the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
death as may be convenient to my exeoutor hereinafter named.

I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to
my husband, JOSEPH L. DEFUGE, provided he survives me by a period of thirty (30)
days.
ARTlCLB m
Should my husband, JOSEPH L. DEFUGE, not be living on the thirty-first (31st)
day following my death, then I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remlllnder of my estate unto my son, LARRY A. DEFUGE, provided he survives me by
a period of thirty (30) days.
ARTlCLB IV
Should neither my husband, JOSEPH L. DEFUGE, nor my son, LARRY A. DEFUGE,
be living on the thirty-first (31st) day following my death, then I give, devise and
bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my c3tate unto CCNB BANK, N.A.,
IN TRUST, however, for the following uses and purposes:
A. To pay the net Income therefrom to my grandchildren In such periodic
Installments as my Trustee shall find convenient, but at least as often as
quarter-annually.
B. As muoh of the prlnolpal of thla Trust as the Trustee may from time to
time doem advisable ror the support and eduoatlon (Including college
education) or my grandchildren, or during lIlness or emergency, shall be
either paid to then or else be applied directly ror their benertt by the
Trustee aCter taking Into consideration tholr other readily available assets
and sources of Income. Distribution hereunder need not be equal and may
eKoeed any grandchild's equal portion or my estate, In which event that
grandchild Is not required to reimburse his brothers or sisters ror any
dlfrerence.
C. Trustee may apply the net Income or this Trust ror the support or my
grandchildren should they or any or them by reason or age, llln ess , or any
other eausc, In the opinion or Trustee be Incapable or disbursing It.
D. When I have no grandchild living and under the age or Twenty-Two (22)
or upon the death or the survivor or my grandchildren should they all die
prior thereto, then this Trust shall terminate and the then-remaining
principal and any accumulated or undistributed Income shall be distributed
to my then-living Issue, per stirpes, without regard to distributions made
under Subparagraph B or this Article IV.
ARTICLE V
I nominate and appoint my husband, JOSEPII L. DEFUGE, to be EKecutor or
this, my Last WlIl and Testament. In the event that my husband Is unable or unwilling
to act In this capacity, I nominate and appoint my son, I.ARRY A. DEFUGE, to be
EKecutor or this, my Last WlIl Ilnd Testament.
