notice for any money claimed in the Complaint or for other claims

6. In accordance with the terms of Exhibit "B", the Defendant
agreed to pay the Plaintiff a finance/service charge on all sums
due at an annual percentage rate 19.80 and the Plaintiff is
entitled to additional finance/service charges from 02-24-97.
7. In accordance with the terms of Exhibit "B", Defendant agreed
to pay plaintiff a reasonable attorney's fee if the account was
referred to an attorney for collection and Plaintiff will incur an
attorney's fee in the amount of $1,446.71.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against the defendant in the
sum of $7,233.55 plus interest from 02-24-97 at the contract rate
and attorney's fees of $1,446.71 for a total of $8,680.26 plus
costs of this action.
