WITNESSETH THAT:

entered Into an Agreement with the Owner for the erection and construction 01 a electrical work

AND WHEREAS, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter Into en additional agreement
with the Owner stipulating that no lien or liens or any kind shall be lIIed egalnstthe above building or the
appurtenances thereto,
NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that the Contractor, lor end In consideration 01 the awarding to him
01 the said contract es lor the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($ t .(0) to him In hand paid by the Owner, the receipt 01
which Is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees that no Mechanic's Lien or liens shell be filed against
the aforesaid building or the eppurtenances thareto by any subcontractor, subcontractors, materialmen,
mechanics, laborers or anyone lor malerlals lurnlshed, work done or services rendered of any kind
whatsoever, lor or about, or on account or the aforesaid building or on tha credltthereol,
