LINDA L. TOWNSEND, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertakes and
agrees to erect and construct a single family dwelling on:
ALL nlAT CERTAIN piece or parcel 01 land situate in Upper Allen Township,
Cumberland Countv, Pennsvlvania. bounded and described as follows. t,) wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southern dedicated right-of-way line of Candlelight
Drive, said point being on the boundary line of Lot Nos. 31 and 36 on the hereinafter mentioned
Plan of Lots; thence along said dividing line South 47 degrees 27 minutes 31 seconds East,
160.00 feet to a point on the dividing line between Lot No. 31 on the hereinafter mentioned
Plan of Lots and Lot No. 158 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Meadowview Estates, Phase VI,
Section I. said Plan being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, in Plan Book 65, Page 95; thence along said dividing line South 42 degrees 32 minutes
39 seconds West, 125,00 feet to a point on a dividing line between Lots Nos. 30 and 31 on
the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said dividing line North 47 degrees 27
minutes 31 seconds West, 160.00 feet to a point on the Southern dedicated right. of-way line
of Candlelight Drive; thence along same North 42 degrees 32 minutes 39 seconds East 125,00
feet to a point on the dividing line between Lots Nos. 31 und 36 Oil tho hereinafter mentioned
Plan of Lots, the point and Place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 31, on Section II, Phase III. Final Subdivision Plan of MeadowlJiew
Estates, said Plan being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, in Plan Book 72, Page 52.

Cumberland County, in Deed Book 141, Page 644, granted and conveyed unto Cindy L. Arnold
and Mark A. Knaub, a General Partnership.
UNDER AND SUBJECT. NEVERTHELESS, to the Declaration of Restrictive
Covenants dated June 3. 1996, and recorded June 7, 1996. in the Office aforesaid, in
Miscellaneous book 521. Page 1046.
