Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the proceeding who has physical custody of the children or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the children. 7. The best intcrests and permancnt welfare of the children will be served best by granting the relief requestcd bccause: a). The Plaintiff provides the children with a home with adequate moral, emotional and physical surroundings as required to mcetthe children's needs; b). The Plaintiff is, and has always becn, willing to accept custody of the children; c). The Plaintiff continues to excrcise parental duties and responsibilities and enjoys the love and alTection of the children; d). The Plaintiffprovidcs the children with a more stable and emotionally balanced home and home life than does thc Defendant; e). The PlaintilTwas advised by the children's counselors to limit the contact between children and Dcfendant due to children's psychological problems; and I). Father shall have primary, legal and physical custody of their minor children, Kristopher M, Kanneg, d.o.b. November 22, 1985, Jeremi A. Kanneg, d,o.b, July 4, 1987, Bryan P. Kanneg, d.o.b. July 18, 1991, and Zachery N. Kanneg, d,o,b. January 15, 1993. 2. Mother shall have periods of partial custody and visitation as agreed upon by the parties. 3.
