102 West High Street, Apt. 307, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013.
h.) Plaintiff is single. He and Defendant are divorced.

not have sufficient knowledgc to state os to with whom, if anyone, Defendant currently resides.

litigation concerning the custody of thc children in this or anothcr court. This proceeding
was in Susscx County, Georgetown, Delawarc, at docket number CS-93-3705.
b.) PlaintilT has no infom18tion of a custody procecding concerning the children
pending in a court of this Commonwealth.
c.) Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the proceeding who has physical
custody of the children or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the
children.
7. The best intcrests and permancnt welfare of the children will be served best by granting
the relief requestcd bccause:
a). The Plaintiff provides the children with a home with adequate moral, emotional and
physical surroundings as required to mcetthe children's needs;
b). The Plaintiff is, and has always becn, willing to accept custody of the children;
c). The Plaintiff continues to excrcise parental duties and responsibilities and enjoys
the love and alTection of the children;
d). The Plaintiffprovidcs the children with a more stable and emotionally balanced
home and home life than does thc Defendant;
e). The PlaintilTwas advised by the children's counselors to limit the contact between
children and Dcfendant due to children's psychological problems; and
I). The Defendant has a drug and alcohol problem and has not sought rehabilitation.

receipt of the conciliator's Report, it
that the Father
appeared with counsel and that Mother was served with the Petition but
did not appear on her own or have counsel present, it is hereby
ordered and directed as follows:
1. Father shall have primary, legal and physical custody of
their minor children, Kristopher M, Kanneg, d.o.b. November 22, 1985,
Jeremi A. Kanneg, d,o.b, July 4, 1987, Bryan P. Kanneg, d.o.b. July
18, 1991, and Zachery N. Kanneg, d,o,b. January 15, 1993.
2. Mother shall have periods of partial custody and visitation
as agreed upon by the parties.
3. If Mother feels aggrieved by this Order, she may petition
the Court for another conciliation.
