STIPULATION REGARDING SUPPORT AND CUSTODY

THIS AGREEMENT is made thisff day of
. 1997 by and between SUSAN P.
SHEVLIN. (hereinafter referred to as "Mother") an
t indivtdual residing a11233 Timber View Drive.
Mechanicsburg. Cumberland County. Pennsylvania. and MICHAEL C. SHEVLIN. (hereinafter referred
to as "Father") an adult individual residing at 604 Wilson Slreet. Carlisle. Cumberland County.
Pennsylvania.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS. Mother and Father are the natural parents of. David S. Shevlin. bom March 30.
1988: and Colin J. Shevlin. bom December 5. 1989. who currently reside with Father at 604 Wilson
Slreet. Carlisle. Pennsylvania:
WHEREAS. a dispttte over custody schedttle for Mother has arisen between 1he parties:
NOW THEREFORE. the parties in an effort to amicably resolve said disputes, do agree as
follows:
(2) HolidllYs. Allem,llillg holidays from 9:00 AM lhrough 9:00 PM, which holidays
include: Thanksgiving. New Year's Day. Memorial Day. Fourlh of July and Labor
Day. with Mother's holiday to commence wilh July 4th. 1997. This holiday
schedule shall supersede the standard joinl custody schedule.
(3) Christmll~. Father shall have the righl of cuslody each Christmas season in odd
numbered years from December 24th al noon lhrough December 25. at noon. In odd
numbered years Molller shall have the right of cuslody Wilh the ehildren from
December 25 a1 noon lhrough December 26 al noon. This shall reverse in even
numbered years wilh Mother having December 241h at noon 1hrough December 251h
at noon.
(4) Summer school vllclltion. Each parenl shall be entilled 10 two consccutive weeks
during the summer school vacation upon lhirty (30) days advance wrillen no1ice to
the olher paren!.
(5) Mother/Fathcr's Dllv. MOlher shall always have the righl of partial cuslody on
M01her's Day and Father shall always have lhe right of partial custody on Fa1her's
Day. which date shall supersede the standard partial custody schedule.
(6) Notice. In the event either party is unable 10 exercise custody al anyone of 1he
aforesaid limes. she/he agrees 10 provide lhe olher party with allensl forty-eight (48)
hours advance notice.
(7) Transportation. The parties shall share transportation in exercising lhe rights of
cuslody set forth in 1he Stipulalion.
D, Positive Relationships. Each of Ihe parties and any lhird party in 1he presence of lhe
children and the party shall lake all measures deemed advisable 10 fosler a feeling of
affection between the children and lhe olher party and neither will do anything which may
eSlrange lhe children from the other party or impair the children's high regard for the other
party. Neilher party shall do anylhing which may estrange the child from the other party
or injure the children's opinion lhe parent or which may hamper lhe free and natural
developmenl of lhe children's love and respecl for lhe olher parent.
E. Consultation. The parlies shall consull with each other as often as may be necessary
regarding mailers pertaining 10 the children. which shall include the following:
(J) Access. Reasonable lelephone calling privileges: access 10 report cards and other
relevant informal ion conceming Ihe progress of the children in school: approval of
eXlraordinary medical and/or denial treatment provided lhat such approval shall nOl
