JUDGMENT NOTE

March 26, 1997
LEE R. SEITZ and JUDITH A. SEITZ, his wife, Obligors
herein, hereby promise to pay to RICHARD H. SWARTZ and MARY L.
SWARTZ, his wife, the principal sum of $20,000.00 Dollars, with
interest thereon at the rate of eight and one-half (8.5%) per
cent per annum, in monthly payments of at least $247.97, to be
applied first to interest then due and balance to principal,
commencing May 1, 1997 and on the first day of each month
thereafter, and the full remaining balance of principal and
interest, if not sooner paid, shall be due and payable on April
1, 2002. All payments shall be made in lawful money of the
United States of America.
Obligors shall have the right and privilege to prepay
all or any part of this obligation without penalty,
Upon their failure to pay principal or interest in
accordance with the terms hereof, Obligors shall be in default
of this Note and the full remaining balance of principal shall
become immediately due and payable without presentation or
demand or notice of protest or other notice of any kind, all of
which are hereby released and expressly waived, Any
forbearance or failure to take immediate action by Obligees
upon any default shall not be considered a waiver by Obligees
of any of their rights herein or hereunder.
In the event of litigation by Obligees to collect any
sum due under this Note, Obligors shall indemnify Obligees and
save them harmless of and from all expenses incurred in
connection with such litigation, including but not limited to
reasonabl~ attorney's fees and court costs.
Whether or not Obligors are in default of this Note,
but only on or after April 10, 1997, Obligors do hereby
authorize and empower the Prothonotary or any attorney of any
court of record of Pennsylvania or elsewhere to appear for and
enter judgment against them for the amount then due, with
reasonable attorney's fees and costs, with or without stay of
execution; and Obligors also waive the right of inquisition on
any real estate that may be levied upon to collect upon this
Note, and do hereby voluntarily condemn the same and authorize
