RANDOLPH is an adult individual who resides at 132 River Crest Drive, Greenville, North Carolina 27858. 2. Defendant TERRY L. LEININGER is an adult individual, trading and doing business as LEININGER'S AUTOMOTIVE SPECIALISTS at 6384 Brandy Lane, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055. 3. In June of 1994, the carburetor malfunctioned in Plaintiff's 1988 Ford F800 dump truck. 4. The carburetor malfunction permanently damaged the top of the engine of the vehicle including the heads, carburetor and intake and exhaust manifolds. 5. Plaintiff had those parts on the top of the engine replaced by Keystone Ford Truck Sales, Inc. WAYNE F, SIIADE Auomcy II law '3 Weal Pomf'm Mrcd Culialc. Pnuuylvania 17013 21. When Plaintiff took the vehicle to Cumberland Truck Equipment Co. for repairs, he learned that Defendant had attempted to replace the engine block with an automobile block rather than the correct block for a truck engine. 22. When Plaintiff asked Defendant for the return of the new parts that he had purchased from Keystone Ford Truck Sales, Inc., Defendant indicated that he could not locate them. 23. Due to the failure of Defendant to repair Plaintiff's vehicle and to repair it within a reasonable time, it was necessary for Plaintiff to pay $3,285 to Dave Raudabaugh to cover Plaintiff's snow removal contracts during the blizzard of January of 1996. 24. Due to the completely defective parts and labor provided by Defendant, Plaintiff received no value for the $3,488.09 that Plaintiff paid to Defendant in 1994. 25. Plaintiff's claim against Defendant is, as follows: (a) Keystone Ford Truck Sales, Inc., parts (b) Defendant's charges $ 3,571.73 3,488.09 (c) Snow removal expense 3.285.00 $10,344.82 TOTAL WAYNE F.
