8, Commencing on July IS, 1997, Father shall pay to the palemal grundparents an amoulll of
child suppon of $100,00 per monlh, Said payments shall cOlllinue to become due Oil the 151h day of
cach mOllth thereafter.
9. Commencillg Oil January 15, 1998, the MOlher shall pay the paternal grundparents child
suppon in the 1II1l0unl of $50.00 per llIonth. Said paymellts shall conlinue on the 15th day of each
month thercafter. These arrangemenls shall continue until January 15, 1999, at which time, said
paymcllts shall illcrease to all amount of $100,00 per molllh.
10. I'alenlal Gralldparellls shall not unreasollably withhold rights of visitation or Icmporury
physical custody from either parcnt.
II. Thc pany utilizing his or her period of panial physical custody shall be respollsiblc for all
lransponatioll ammgemcnts unless otherwise mutually agrccd upon between that pany and the patemal
grandparents,
12. The panies agrec and anticipate that this agreement for custody and visitation may be entered
as an Order of Coun in the Coun of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
13. The panics do hereby stipulate and agree that they waive thcir rcspcctivc rights to be presclll
in coun at the time an order is made pllrsuant to this Agreement for Custody and Visitation,
14. Patenlal Grandparents havc the opponunity to rcview this agrcemcnt with thcir counsel. James
J. Kayer, Esquire, Father and Mothcr have each had the opponunity to review this agreement on their
own alld llave had the opponullity to review this agrccmcnt with counsel, having chosen not to do so,
By signing this agreemellt, Father and Mother agrec that Ihey ullderstandthe tenns of this agreement
and agree to abide by these tenns voluntarily and willillgJy.

7, Father and Mothcr shall have partial physical custody of the minor child on
holidays as Ihe partics mutually agrce.
ll, The grandparents shall have the child for two (2) weeks cach summcr upon
advllnce noticc to thc fathcr of thc dates to be arranged by May 30 cach ycar.
9. The Father shall not unrcllsonablc withhold righls of visilation or temporary
custody fromthc mothcr.
10, Thc partics shallmakc arrangcmcnts to mCet at a half-way point to cxchangc
custody,
11. The parties agree and allticipate that this agreemcllt for custody and visitation
may be cntcrcd as an ordcr of Court in the Court of Common Picas of
Cumbcrland County, Pcnnsylvania.
12. Thc partics do hercby stipulate and agrcc that they waivc thcir rcspcctivc rights
to bc prcscnt in court atthc time an order is madc pursullntto this Agrccmcnt
for Custody and Visitation.
13. Patcrnal Grandparcnts hllve hadthc opportunity to rcvicw this agrecmcut and
have clcctcd not to engagc Icgal counsel. Mothcr has had thc opportunity to
rcview this agrecmcnt on her own and has had thc opportunity to rcview this
agreement with counscl, having choscn not to do so. By signing this
agrccmcnt. Fathcr and Mothcr agrcc thatthcy undersland the tcnns of this
agrccment and agrec to abidc by these ternlS voluntarily aud willingly,
