COMPLAINT
1. The plaintiff, Do-Ma Corp" trading as Embers Inn and
Convention Center, is a Pennsylvania corporation, having a place of business
at 1700 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. The defendant, Universal Distributors, Inc., is a business located
at 6111 Concord, Detroit, Michigan 48211.
3. On June 18 through June 23, 1996, the defendant rented a
meeting room at the plaintiff's place of business for the purpose of selling its
merchandise.
4. The defendant paid a deposit of $250.00, and had a purchase
order for the balance of $1,130,36. The plaintiff has made repeated requests of
the defendant for payment of the balance due, but no payments have been
forthcoming.
WHEREFORE, the plaintiff claims of the defendant the sum of
$1,130.36, plus costs of suit, an amount requiring compulsory referral to
arbitration under the Local Rules of Court,
