REIGHTER, his wife DEFENDANTS COMPLAINT NOW come the plaintiffs and for cause of action against the defendants say: 1 . Plaintiffs are Clyde W. Fox, Jr. and Nancy J. Fox, his wife, sui iuris adults, who live and reside in Greene Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, their post office address being 3326 Carnoustie Drive, in said Township. 2 . Defendants are John K. Reighter and Carol H. Reighter, his wife, sui iuris adults, who live and reside in the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, their post office address being 903 Charles Street, in said Borough. 3 . On or about March 2, 1993, defendants executed and made a certain mortgage note, dated March 2/ 1993, in the original principal amount of $34/857.74, repayable on or before March 5/ 1994/ with monthly payments of principal and interest in the amount of $354.99 each, and payment in full being due on March 5/ 1994. " A true and correct copy of said mortgage note is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as exhibit "A". 4 . Said mortgage note was delivered to plaintiffs, the mortgagees therein. 5. Since March 2, 1993, plaintiffs have made principal payments totaling of $8,818.21 and interest payments totaling $5,681.79 as follows, viz: DATE PRINCIPAL PAYMENT September 1994 November 1994 September 1995 October 1995 $ 624.24 $2,432.48 $5.761.49 $8,818.21 6. INTEREST PAYMENT $2,000.00 $ 875.76 $2,567.52 $ 238.51 $5,681. 79 Total: Defendants have made no payments since October, 1995. 7. Despite demand for payment, defendants have not paid the balance due. 8.
