124, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to

BEGINNING at a parker kalon nail set inthe centerline of Green Hill Road (T-434) on the
dividing line of Lots 6 and 7 on the aforesaid
North 00 degrees 48 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 183.37 feet to a parker kalon
nail set; thence continuing along the centerline North 02 degrees 04 minutes 24 seconds
West a distance of 16.65 feet to a parker kalon nail set; thence along the dividing line of
Lots 5 and 6 of the aforesaid Subdivision Plan North 88 degrees 17 minutes 35 seconds East
a distance of 23.07 feet to an iron pin set; thence continuing along the line of Lots 5 and 6
North 88 degrees 17 minutes 35 seconds East a distance of 439.10 feet to an iron pin se.t;
thence South 01 degree 42 minutes 25 seconds East a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron p~n
of the aforesaid Subdivision Plan South

continuing along the dividing line of Lots 6 and 7 of the aforesaid Subdivision Plan South

BEGINNING.
cONTAINING 2.01995 acres.
BEING known as Lot No. 6 on a Subdivision Plan for Stonecrest Acres, recorded as
aforesaid.
Now, December 5, 2002, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the construction
contract aforesaid, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the
Owners making of the said contract with Contractor, and intending to be legally bound hereby, it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by
any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
