Hoffer dated January 8, 1999, the full-time Master has been appointed in the above referenced divorce proceedings. A divorce complaint was filed on May 12, 1997, rais~ng grounds for divorce of irretrievable breakdown of the marr1age, indignities, and the economic claims of equitable distribution, alimony, alimony pendente lite, and counsel fees and expenses. I am going to proceed on the assumption that grounds for divorce are not an issue; however, if the parties will not sign affidavits of consent or have not been separated for a period in excess of two years, please advise and I will immediately schedule a hearing on the alternative grounds of indignities. Based on the assumption that grounds for divorce are not an issue, I am directing each counsel to file a pre-trial statement in accordance with P.R.C.P. 1920.33(b) on or before Monday, February 1, 1999. Upon receipt of the pre-trial statements, I will immediately schedule a pre-hearing conference MARIE K. MUNDIS, Plaintiff VS.
