STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREIlHBN'l' Illade the 1t:Ii day of Hay, 1997, by and
between FARINELLI CONSTRUCTION, INC., of 3 Kacey Court, Suite
101, Hechanicsburg, pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as
Contractor, AND WINSLOW R. BROWN, II and CAROLINE J. BROWN, his
wife, of 170 Franklintown Road, Apart~ent E, Dillsburg, Pennsyl-
vania, hereinafter referred to as OWner, whereby the former
undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single-family
residential dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in
Upper Allen TownShip, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot
No. 49, section II, Phase III, Final Subdivision Plan of Headow-
view Estates, said Plan being recorded in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 72, page 52.
BEING part of the 6ame premises which John H. Knaub by Deed
dated June 24, 1996 and recorded June 26, 1996 in the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 141, Page 644,
granted and conveyed unto Cindy L. Arnold and Hark A. Knaub, a
general partnership.
ALSO BEING the same premises which Cindy L. Arnold and Mark
A. Knaub, a general partnership, by Deed dated January 8, 1997
and recorded January 13, 1997 in the CUmberland County Recorder
of Deeds Office in Deed Book 151, Page 1026, granted and conveyed
unto Winslow R. Brown, II and Caroline J. Brown.

Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to it in hand paid by OWner, the receipt whereof is hereby

acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their SUbcontractors, and
all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's liens or claims Dhall be filed or maintained by
them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractor. and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them and agree that this
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.
