KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That, eITeetive with the opening of business on Ihe _day of April, 1997, Harrisburg Belco Federal Credit
Union, a corporate entity with principal offices located at 403 Nonh Second Slreet, City of Harrisburg, Dauphin
Counly, Pennsylvania, became Beleo Community Credil Union, and changed its chaner from the
National Credit Union Adminislralion 10 the Pennsylvania Depanment of Banking,
Belco Communily Credit Union has constiluled and appointed, and by Ihese presents does
make, constitute and appoint:
Lonny J. Maurer, President; Cindy Pelko; Barbara Vogler; and Rosemary Braeefield
or any of them, its true and lawful anomey for it and in its nome to enler in Ihe Office of the Recorder of Deeds of
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania acknowledgmenl of payments, assignment, extension, postponemenl,
release, satisfaction, or cancellation of, or to take any other action aITecting Ihe lien of any mongage, financing
statemenl, security agreemenl, or installment soles contract, which now appears or hereafter may appear upon Ihe
records in such office, and to which said corporation, or its predecessors, in its own righl or in any fiduciary
capacity now or hereafter may hold tille or ownership as mongagee. by assignmenl or olherwise; and to enter in the
Office of the Prothonolary of CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, acknowledgment of payments, salisfaction,
release, postponement or cancellation of any judgment, financing slalemenl, security agreement or inslallment sales
contract which now appears or hereafter may appear upon Ihe records in such office and to which said corporation,
or its predeeessors, in its own right or in any fiduciary capacity now or hereafter may hold title or ownership, giving
and granting to said attorneys and each of them full power and aUlhority to do and perfono all lawful acls requisite
for eITeeting the premises; hereby ralifying and confinoing allthatlhe said attorneys and each of Ihem shall do
Iherein by vinue of these presents; and hereby revoking and making void any and all power-of-attomey heretofore
executed and recorded for the same purpose or purposes herein specified,
AND lhal said BELCO COMMUNIIT CREDIT UNION does hereby constitul: and
appoint the above-designaled appoinlees to be its attorney, for it and in its name and as and for ils eorporate aCI and
deed, to acknowledge this power-of-attomey before any person having aUlhority under Ihe laws of Ihe
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 10 lake such acknowledge, to the intenl and purpose that the same may be duly
recorded,
