Paragraph 7 of the credit application attached as Exhibit "A" provides that payment on open account shall be net thirty with a 111.1% per month service charge added to all past due accounts. 5. It is industry custom and practice that if accounts are placed for co1\ection the builder/contractor will be obligated to pay costs of co1\ection, including reasonable attorneys fees. 6. By order dated November 13, 1996, Defendant ordered windows from Plaintiff as specified and in the quantities and for the price reflected in the order dated November 13, 1996, a copy of which is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "B." 7. Plaintiff delivered the windows as ordered and specified by Defendant to the job site at SECCO, Inc., 1111 Primrose Avenue, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011. 8. Defendant accepted the windows and installed them in the project. 9. On December 12, 1996, Invoice No. 5058041 in the amount of $7,297.06 was issued to Defendant for said windows, payable within thirty (30) days. A copy of the invoice is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "C." 10.
