Cnrlisle. Pennsylvnnin 17013. hereinnfter collectively referred to ns "DEBTOR", nfter
September 20, 1996. docs promise to pny to the order of Lynford K. Donivan, $10,242.09
without defalcation, value received, with interest from September 20, 1996 at the rnte of 5,875 %
per cent, per annum, payable in monthly instnllments of interest on the outstanding principal
balance. DEBTOR shnll have the privilege of paying so much in excess of the nccrued interest as
the DEBTOR shall choose, which excess shall be applied to reduce the outstanding principal
balance. The entire principal balance and any unpaid nnd nccrucd interest is due nnd payable no
later than September 20, 200 I. And funher DEBTOR docs hereby authorize and empower any
Attorney of any Court of Records of Pennsylvnnia. or elsewhere, to appear for and to enter
Judgment against DEBTOR for the above sum, with or without declnration, with costs of suit.

this note, and docs hereby voluntarily condemn the same and authorize the Prothonotary to enter
upon the Fl. FA, DEBTOR's said voluntnry condemnntion, and DEBTOR funher agrees snid
estate may be sold on a Fl. FA., and does hereby waive nnd relense all relief from any and all
appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any State, now in force. or hereafter to be passed.
DEBTOR hereby cenifies that DEBTOR'S annual income is in excess $10,000.00 and fully
understands thc tenns and conditions of this Note,
