WAIVER OF RIGHT TO FILE AND
STIPULATION AGAINST MECHANICS'
LIENS

herein called the "CONTRACTOR" has entered into a contract with
Smith Land and ImDrovement CorDoration
herein called the "OWNERS" to erect for Owners
a renovation of existina canODV and storefront. includina
new steel trusses. standina seam roof. shinales and alazi~a
svstem. EIFS finish on canODV fascia and new curb and autter
providing all the materials and labor, upon the following lot or
tract of land of Owners:
Lemoyne Borough, Market and State Streets,
Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and
between the Owners and the Contractor as part of the contract
and for the consideration therein set forth that the right to
file a Mechanics' Lien claim is waived and that neither the
undersigned Contractor, nor any subcontractor materialman,
laborer, or any other person furnishing labor or mateials to the
Contractor or the Owners shall file a claim or lien commonly
called a Mechanics' Lien, for work done or materials furnished
to the proposed contraction, the land appurtenant thereto, or
any part thereof.
Thid stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the
Office of the Prothonotary of the above County, Pennsylvania,
prior to the commencement of the work upon the aforesaid lot of
land, and the Contractor hereby agrees that no authority has
been given to him to proceed with the work prior to the
execution and filing of this Waiver.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this Waiver
