Conrad, Pro Se, and in snpport of my License Snspension Appeal hereby represents the following: I. Appellant, Robert L. Conrad, is an adnlt individual, who resides at 416 Sionx Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, in Cumberland Connty. Appellee, the Department of Transportation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has a mailing address of PA Department of Transportation, Office of Chief Counsel, Third Floor, Riverfront Office Center, Harrisbnrg, Pennsylvania 17104-2516. Appellee has ordered Appellant to st, rrender his operator's license for a period of sixty days, effective Januam~' 2, 2003. A trne and correct cop)' of the Snspension Notice dated November 28, 2002, has been attached here, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "A", and is incorporated herein by reference. · 4. Appellant has not surrendered his operator's license to Appellee. The aforementioned suspension of Appellant's operating privileges is improper as the Appellant has a Summa~- Appeal pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
