and perform labor necessary for the ercction, constructiun, alterntion or rcpair of
building, situate upon that certain lot or piece of gmund located inllopewell Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvnnia, and more particularly dcsclibed as folluws:
ALL that certain tract ofland situated inllopewell Township, Cumberland
County, I'ennsylvania, known as Lot 1/5 of Quail Ridge Development, a subdivision plan
prepared by John R, Kissinger P,L,8, dated December 8. 1989, and recorded among the
Cumberland County land records in Plan Book 69, Page 82,
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the southern right-of-way line of Minick Drive, at
the comer in common with Lot 1/4; thcnce by a curve to the left along the right-of-wny of
Minick Drive, hnving a radius of two hundred (200,00) feet, nn nre length of seventy-six
and seventy-nine hundredths (76,79) feet. a chord bearing of South eighty-seven (87)
degrees forty-live (45) minutes zero (00) seconds Enst. nnd n chord distnnce of seventy-
six and thirty-two hundredths (76.32) feet to an iron pin at the corner in common with Lot
1/6; thence along Lot 1/6, South twenty-two (22) degrees twenty-seven (27) minutes
eighteen (18) seconds East, a distance of two hundred thirty and four hundredths (230,04)
feet to an iron pin; thence along land now or formerly of J. Gary Rine, South sixty-eight
(68) degrees twenty-four (24) minutes seven (07) seeonds West, a distance of two
hundred fifteen (215,00) feet to an existing post; thence along land now or formerly of J.
Gary Rine and land now or formerly of Newburg Church, North forty-two (42) degrees
thirty-six (36) minutes thirty-seven (37) seconds West, a distance of thirty-six (36,00) feet
to an iron pin; thence North forty-two (42) degrees seventeen (17) minutes twenty-one
(21) seconds West, a distance of three and fifty-six hundredths (3.56) feet to the corner in
common with Lot #4; thence along Lot 1/4, North thirtcen (13) degrees fifteen (15)
minutes zero (00) seconds East, a distance of two hundred seventy-two and eighty-seven
hundredths (272,87) feet to an iron pin, the place of BEGINNING,
CONTAINING 0.325 Acres, more or less,
NOW. TIIEItEFORE, it is hereby stipulated and ngreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the contract and for the considerntion therein set forth. that neither the
undersigned contractor, any subcontractor or materinlman. nor nny other person
furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under the Contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanics' lien. for work done or materials furnished to the said
building or any part thereof.
