may proceed without you and a decree in divorce or annulment may be entered against you by the
court. A judgment may also be entered against you for any other claim or relief requested in these
papers by the plaintiff. You may lose money or property or other rights important to you,
including custody or visitation of your children.
When the ground for divorce is indignities or irretrievable breakdown of the marriage, you

Prothonotary, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

AND NOW, this day of October, 1997, upon consideration of
the attached Cu tody Conciliation Report, it is ordered and
directed as follows:
1. The Father, William D. Guilliams, and the Mother, Janie Lee
Guilliams, shall enjoy shared legal custody of Jeremy A.
Guilliams, born October 8, 1979, and Jordon A. Guilliams, born
May 29, 1983.
2. The Mother shall enjoy primary physical custody of the two
minor children.
3. The Father shall enjoy periods of temporary physical custody
of the two minor children as follows:
A. On one weekend a month to be designated by Father with at
least 15 days notice. At Father's option, transportation
for exchange of custody may be via airplane with the
Mother delivering the children to the Alliance Ohio
Airport and picking the children up on their return trip
from Pennsylvania. Father shall incur the costs for
transportation.
B. At such times as Father is in Ohio and he gives Mother
reasonable notice in advance of his visit to Ohio.
4. During the Summer months, the parties shall share equal
physical custody with the minor children under a schedule as
agreed upon by the parties.
5. Over the Christmas Holiday, the parties shall share the
Christmas Holiday which shall be split into two equal segments
__ the first segment being one day after Christmas vacation
until the middle of the vacation the second being the day on
the middle of vacation until the day before the children
return to school. The parties shall alternate those two
segments as agreed.
6. The Father shall also enjoy reasonable telephone contact with
the minor children.
