1. The maternal grandparents, James R. Washington, Jr. and
Roxanne Washington, along with the natural mother, Jocelynn M.
Washington, and the natural father, Dane A. Spence, shall all
enjoy shared legal custody of Alexis D. Spence, born March 22,
1997.
2. The maternal grandparents, James R. Washington, Jr. and
Roxanne Washington, shall enjoy primary physical custody of
the minor child, Alexis D. Spence.
3. The parents, Jocelynn M. Washington and Dane A. Spence, shall
enjoy periods of temporary physical custody with the minor
child at such time as the parties may agree.
4. In the event any of the parties to the above captioned case
desire to have this Custody Order modified, that party may
petition the Court to have the case reviewed at which time the
case will be referred to a Custody Conciliator for a
conference.

STIPULATION
1. Plaintiffs James R. Washington, Jr. and Roxanne Washington are
husband and wife and reside at 211 Faith Circle, Carlisle, PA.
2. Defendant Jocelynn M. Washington is an adult individual
residing at Apartment 2, 430 South Hanover Street, Carlisle,
PA.
3. Defendant Dane A. Spence is an adult individual residing at
Apartment 2, 430 South Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA.
4. Defendant Jocelynn M. Washington and Defendant Dane A. Spence
are the natural parents of Alexis D. Spence born March 22,
1997.
5. Plaintiffa James R. Washington, Jr. and Roxanne Washington are
the maternal grandparents of the minor child, Alexis D.
Spence.
6. The parents of Alexis D. Spence desire to deliver custody of
Alexis to the maternal grandparents pursuant to this
stipulation and under terms whereby the parents shall share
legal custody of the minor child with the maternal
grandparents, with the maternal grandparents having primary
physical custody and the parents having periods or temporary
physical custody as agreed upon by the parties.
7. All four parties to this action request that the Court adopt
the attached Order as an Order of Court and agree that the
Court may sign this Order without the parties personally
appearing before the Court.
8. The natural parents acknowledge that the law firm of Broujos
and Gilroy, P.C. was retained to represent the interests of
the maternal grandparents in this case.
