HUME, who currently resides at 17 Letchworth Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The father of the child is LEE E. GRAMM, who currently resides at 508 South 13th Street, 2nd Fl., Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. 4. The relationship of Plaintiff to the child is that of natural mother; the Plaintiff currently resides with the following persons: ~ Relationshio Shane E. Gramm David Hume Susan Hume Son Father Mother 5. The relationship of Defendant to the child is that of natural father; the Defendant currently resides alone. 6. Plaintiff has not participated as a party or witness, or in another capacity in other litigation concerning the custody of the child in this or another court.
