ALL that certain lot of ground with the improvements
thereon erected and situate in the Borough of Newville,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, bounded
and described in accordance with survey made by Dennis R.
Moore, Registered Surveyor, on December 21, 1984,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a nail in the walk at the intersection of
the northern line of 40 feet wide Chestnut Street with
the western line of an unnamed alley 16.5 feet wide;
thence from said nail in the walk along the northern line
of said 40 feet wide Chestnut Street, South 80 degrees
West, a distance of 40 feet to a nail in walk at corner
of land formerly of Samuel Elliot and now or formerly of
Wayne Hackensmith, the same being Lot No. 35 as shown on
the hereinafter mentioned plan of Lots; thence along the
eastern line of said Lot No. 35 now or formerly of Wayne
Hackensmith, North 09 degrees 38 minutes 59 seconds West,
a distance of 125.79 feet to an iron pin on the southern
line of Liberty Alley which has an irregular width;
thence along the southern line of Liberty Alley, North 82
degrees 12 minutes 09 seconds East, a distance of 41.02
feet to an iron pin in the western line of said unnamed
alley 16.5 feet wide; thence along the western line of
said unnamed alley 16.5 feet wide, South 09 degrees 11
minutes 15 seconds East, a distance of 124.22 feet to an
iron pin at the Place of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE described tract of land is all of Lot No. 38 on
the unrecorded plan of Lots known as P.A. Ahl's Addition
to the Borough of Newville, and has thereon erected a two
and one-half story frame dwelling house and other
improvements known as and numbered 11 Chestnut Street,
Newville, Pennsylvania 17241.
BEING THE SAME REAL ESTATE WHICH BRADLEY L. GARMAN and
AMY L. GARMAN, by deed dated February 21, 1995 and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County in Deed Book 118, Page 987, granted
and conveyed to WILLIAM D. KEELEY and ALICE F. KEELEY.
