Noll, who currently resides at 23 Bellaire Avenue, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant is Tracey J. Noll who currently resides at 5217 East Trindle Road, Apartment 3, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint. 4. Plaintiff and Defendant were married on June 23, 1990, at Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. 5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment between the parties. 6. Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of marriage counseling and understands that he may have the right to request that the court require the parties hereto to participate in counseling. 7. Plaintiff avers as the grounds upon which this action is based is that: (A) That the marriage between the parties hereto is irre- trievably broken and that the Plaintiff and Defendant have lived separate and apart since April 26, 1996 or, in the alternative: (B) That Plaintiff and Defendant are now living separate and apart and, at the appropriate time, Plaintiff will submit an Affidavit alleging that the parties have lived separate and apart for at least two (2) years and that the marriage is irretrievably broken. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests your Honorable Court to enter a decree in divorce divorcing Plaintiff and Defendant absolutely. COUNT I, EOUITABLE DISTRIBUTION 8.
