The mother shall have the right of first refusal to provide child care should the father need child care during his periods of custody. 5. The mother shall have custody of the child if the father is unable to exercise his custody rights. 6. Each party shall have the right to a two week period of uninterrupted custody during the child's summer vacation from school. Each party shall give the other party at least one week's notice as to when he or she wishes to have this two week period. 7. The non-custodial parent shall be responsible for arranging transportation to pick up the child, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. 8. The mother and father, by mutual agreement, may vary from this schedule at any time, but the Order remains in effect until further order of Court. 9. The parties agree to provide each other with reasonable telephone access to the child at all times. 10. The parties shall the right to a two week period of uninterrupted custody during the child's summer vacation from school. Each party shall give the other party at least fourteen (14) days notice, but as much notice as they can possibly give. 6. At all times when the child is in the temporary custody of the mother, the mother shall spend time with her. In the event that the mother is unable to do so, the mother shall contact the child's father and make arrangements for the child to be cared for by father or his wife. 7. The parties specifically agree that while the child is in the custody of mother, mother will guarantee that the child will not be exposed to Brandy Berger's presence in any way for any period of time whatsoever. If there is a violation of this clause, visitation shall terminate immediately. 8. Neither of the parents shall use illegal drugs or alcohol in the presence of the child. Neither parent shall take prescription drugs, unless they are taken in accordance with the prescription as prescribed for the respective party. 9. Mother shall pick up the child at the beginning of her visitation period. Father or his wife or any other agent selected by father shall pick up the child at the conclusion of her visit with mother. 10. If mother is more than one-half (1/2) hour late in arriving to pick up the child for her visitation, the period of visitation time shall be forfeited. I i , II I' b.
