17013, hereinafter collectively referred to as "DEBTOR", after December 30, 1996, does promise
to pay to the order of Lynford K. Donivan, $11,187,44 without defalcation, value received.
with interest from December 30, 1996 at the rate of 12,75% percent, per annum, payable interest
only monthly on the outstanding principal balance. Said principal balance shall be due and payable
in full on December 30, 200 I. And further DEBTOR does hereby authorize and empower any
Attorney of any Court of Records of Pennsylvania, or elsewhere, to appear for and to enter
Judgment against DEBTOR for the above sum, with or without declaration, with costs of suit,
release of errors, without stay of execution, and with five per cent, added for collecting fees; and
DEBTOR also waives the right of inquisition on any real estate that may be levied upon to collect
this note. and does hereby voluntarily condemn the same and authorize the Prothonotary to enter
upon the FI. FA. DEBTOR's said voluntary condemnation, and DEBTOR further agrees said
estate may be sold on a FI. FA., and does hereby waive and release all relief from any and all
appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any State, now in force, or hereafter to be passed.
DEBTOR hereby certifies that DEBTOR'S annual income is in excess $10,000.00 and fully
understands the tenus and conditions of this Note.
