provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent order.

COMPLAINT FOR CUSTODY
AND NOW, comes the Plaintiff, Ronald N. Sneed, by and through his
attorney, Christopher C. Houston, Esquire, who avers as follows:

The Plaintiff is Ronald N. Sneed, an adult individual, currently
residing at 118 Marion Avenue, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.

The Defendant is Helen D. Sneed, an adult individual, currently
residing at 943 Ritner Highway, Shippensburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.

Plaintiff seeks shared custody of the following children:

Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding concerning the
child pending in a Court of this Commonwealth.

Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the proceedings
who has physical custody of the child or claims to have custody or
visitation rights with respect to the child.

The best interest and permanent welfare of the child would be
served by granting shared custody of the children with the parents.

Each parent who has parental rights to the children have not been
terminated and the person who has physical custody of the children
has been named as parties to the action.

consideration of the attached Custody conci~it is ordered
and directed as follows:
1. The Father, Ronald N. Sneed, and the Mother, Helen D. Sneed,
shall have shared legal custody of Jharen A. Sneed, born April 3, 1989,
Ariel D. Sneed, born December 8, 1991, Mychal T. Sneed, born March 6, 1995
and Joshua P. Sneed, also born March 6, 1995,
2. The parties shall have shared physical custody of the
Children as follows:
A. During the school year: The Father shall have custody of
Mychal and Joshua Sneed on Mondays through Fridays fran 6:00
a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The Father shall have custody of all
four (4) Children on alternating weekends fran Friday at
10:00 p.m. until Sunday at 7:00 p.m.
B. During the sUllIlIer school break: The Father shall have
custody of all four (4) Children on Mondays through Fridays
fran 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and on alternating weekends
from Friday at 10:00 p.m. until Sunday at 7:00 p,m,
C. Throughout the year, the Father may have additional periods
of custody with Jharen or Ariel on either Saturday or Sunday
of the Mother's weekend periods of custody as permitted by
the parties' schedules and as arranged by mutual agreement of
the parties,
D. The Mother shall have custody of the Children at all times
not otherwise specified as Father's periods of custody.
3. BegiMing in 1998, each party shall have two non-consecutive
weeks of custody with the Children during the sUlllller vacation upon
providing two weeks notice to the other party. In 1997, the Father may
have extra pericd9 of custody with the Children in lieu of the vacation
time which had been previously scheduled and canceled from August 15
through August 24, 1997, These additional periods of custody shall be
arranged by agreement of the parties,
4. The parties shall share or alternate custody of the Children
on holidays as follows:

A. Christmas: In every year, one party shall have custody of
the Children on Christmas Day from 8:00 a.m, until 2:00 p,m.
and the other party shall have custody of the Children from
2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The remainder of the school
vacation shall be evenly divided between the parties as
arranged by mutual agreement.
B. Thanksgiving: In every year, the party who otherwise has
custody of the Children over the weekend inrne<'liately
preceding Thanksgiving shall have custody of the Children on
Thanksgiving Day from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and the party
who has custody under the regular schedule on the weekend
following Thanksgiving shall have custody of the Children
from Thanksgiving Day at 2:00 p,m. until the following Monday
at 7:00 p,m,
C. Easter: In every year, one party shall have custody of the
Children on Easter Sunday from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and
the other party shall have custody of the Children from 2:00
p,m, until 8:00 p.m. The remainder of the Easter school
vacation and sUlll11er break shall be evenly divided between the
parties as arranged by mutual agreement.
D. Alternating Holidays: The parties shall alternate having
custody of the Children on the following holidays beginning
with the Mother having custody of the Children on Labor Day
in 1997: Labor Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. birthday,
Presidents Day, Memorial Day and July 4th. The foregoing
holidays shall run from 5:00 p.m. on the evening before the
holiday through 7:00 p,m. on the holiday,
E. Mother's Day/Father's Day: The Mother shall have custody of
the Children every year on ~lother's Day and the Father shall
have custody of the Children every year on Father's Day.
F, During school vacation days when the Mother works, the Father
shall have custody of the Children from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00
p,m. and the ~lother shall have custody of the Children during
the Father's work hours,
5. This Order is entered pursuant to agreement of the parties at
a Custody Conciliation Conference, The parties may modify the provisions
of this Order by mutual agreement. In the absence of mutual agreement, the
terms of this Order shall control.
