STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, RAYMOND W. HOOVER and DEBORAH S. HOOVER, husband and
wife (the "Owner"), has executed or is about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract
with PYRAMID CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC., a Pennsylvania Corporation, with an
office address of 4425 Valley Road, Suite 100, Enola, Pennsylvania 17025 (the "Contractor"),
for the construction of an office building and related site improvements (the "Improvements") on
property known as Lot 9A, Cumberland Technology Park, located in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto,
incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof (the "Premises").
NOW, THEREFORE, before any authority has been given by the Owner to the
Contractor to commence work on the Improvements, or to purchase materials for the same, or to
enter into any contracts with any subcontractors or materialmen, or to authorize any purchases by
or through any subcontractors or materialmen, in consideration of the making of said contract
with the Owner and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, to Contractor paid by
Owner, and with the intent of all parties to be legally bound hereby, it is agreed that no lien shall
be filed against the Improvements, the Premises, or any part thereof, by the Contractor or any
subcontractor, or by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased, for the Improvements to the Premises
(including hereafter changes made thereto), the right to file liens being expressly waived.
It is the full intent of the Contractor, for itself and for any subcontractors or materialmen
claiming for themselves, or by, through or under the contract or the Contractor, that the right to
file a mechanic's lien, under the provisions of law and/or of Acts of Assembly in such cases
made and provided, for work done or materials furnished in and about the construction of the
Improvements to the Premises is hereby waived.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Owner and Contractor have executed this Stipulation Against
Liens this ~ day of December, 2002.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The land referred to in this Commitment is described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot being situated along the western side of Technology Parkway, located in Hampden
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and known as Lot No. 9A, said area being bounded and
described in accordance with a Final Subdivision Plan for Mt. Zion Associates, L.P., prepared by H. Edward
Black & Associates, P.C., and dated June 17, 2002, recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 86, at page 51,
said property being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, said point being a concrete monument on the western right-of-way line of Technology
Parkway at its intersection with Patriot Drive; thence along the western right-of-way line of Technology Parkway
South three (3) degrees fifty-seven (57) minutes fifty-two (52) seconds West, a distance of 336.40 feet to a
concrete monument on the western right-of-way line of Technology Parkway; thence continuing along said
western right-of-way line of Technology Parkway at a curve to the right with a radius of 1070.00 feet and a
length of 153.65 feet to a point on the aforesaid western right-of-way line of Technology Parkway; thence
leaving said western right-of-way of Technology Parkway and along Lot 9B North seventy-eight (78) degrees
nine (09) minutes twenty-one (21) seconds West a distance of 372.10 feet to a point; thence continuing along
the same North fifty (50) degrees fifty-one (51) minutes twenty (20) seconds West, a distance of 112.66 feet to a
point on the corner of Lot 9A, Lot 9B and now or formerly Patriot News Company; thence along the line of land
now or formerly of Patriot News Company North sixty-five (65) degrees ten (10) minutes thirty-seven (37)
seconds East a distance of 47.23 feet to a point on the line of lands now or formerly of Patriot News Company;
thence continuing along the same North thirty-nine (39) degrees eight (08) minutes forty (40) seconds East, a
distance of 522.93 feet to a point on the southern right-of-way line of Patriot Drive; thence along the southern
right-of-way line of Parlor Drive at a curve to the left with a radius of 175.00 feet and a length of 94.24 feet to a
point on the aforesaid southern right-of-way line of Patriot Drive; thence continuing along said southern
right-of-way line of Patriot Drive at a curve to the right with a radius of 45.00 feet and a length of 67.16 feet to a
concrete monument, said monument being the point of BEGINNING.
