Authority, where record of the adoption of the Resolution may be
examined.
4. The purpose of this condemnation and this Declaration of
Taking filed incident thereto is to secure easements for the
Hampden Township Sewer Authority, which easements are needed for
the construction, installation and operation of a sanitary sewer
system.
5. Attached hereto as Exhibit IIAII and made a part hereof are
a plan and description of the easement necessary to be procured for
the construction and operation of said sanitary sewer system. The
property on which such easement is located is in the Township of
Hampden, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; and a copy of
aforementioned plan is, as of the date hereof, being filed in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
in accordance with section 404 of the Eminent Domain Code, Act of
June 22, 1964 (Special session) P.L. 84, Article IV, as amended.
6. The nature of the title acquired is an easement over,
across and through the property described for the purpose of
constructing, erecting and maintaining the aforesaid sewer system.
7. A plan describing the land hereby condemned is available
and may be inspected at the office of the Authority, 230 South
Sporting Hill Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

Sanitary Sewer Easement, Lot No. 102, Village of Westover (East)
Hampden Township Sewer Authority
All that certain sanitary sewer easement located on Lot No, 102 in the Village
of Westover (East) PRO, situate on the easterly side of Skyport Road in
Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as shown on a plan by
Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc" titled "Final Revised Development Plan for
the Village of Westover (East)" dated 11-2-88, said easement also being shown
on a right-of-way plat titled "Village of Westover (East), Lot No, 102,
Permanent Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way for Hampden Township Sewer Authority"
prepared by Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc., dated 7-13-90, the sanitary sewer
easement being more fully bounded and described as follows to wit:
BEGINNING at a point, said point being the northwesterly most property corner
of Lot No. 102 of the Village of Westover (East) and on the southerly legal
right-of-way line of Stephen's Crossing; thence along said legal right-of-way
line South forty-seven degrees three minutes fifty-one seconds East (S 470 03'
51" E) eight-five and seventy-seven hundredths feet (85.77') to a point;
thence South thirty-five degrees thirteen minutes fifty-one seconds West (S
350 13' 51" W) fifteen and fourteen hundredths feet (15.14') to a point;
thence North forty-seven degrees three mi nutes fifty-one seconds West (N 470
03' 51" W) eight-five and seventy-seven hundredths feet (B5.77') to a point;
thence North thirty-five degrees thirteen minutes fifty-one seconds East (N
350 13' 51" E) fifteen and fourteen hundredths feet (15.14') to the point of

BOND WITHOUT SURETY
KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Hampden Township Sewer
Authority, a municipal authority organized and existing under the
laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (hereinafter called
JlObligor"), is held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania (hereinafter called JlObligee), for the use and benefit
of the owner or owners of the properties condemned as hereinafter
noted and all other property and parties in interest for such
amount of damages as the said owner or owners of said property and
other parties in interest shall be entitled to receive after the
same shall have been agreed upon or assessed in the manner
prescribed by law because of securing an easement across the
property set forth in the attached Exhibit "A" for the purpose of
constructing, installing and maintaining a sanitary sewer system.
To which payment well and truly to be made the Obligor does
bind itself and its successors and assigns firmly by these
presents. Sealed with its corporate seal and duly executed this
12th day of February, 1997.
NOW, the condition of this Bond is such that if the Obligor
herein shall payor cause to be paid such amount of damages as the
said owner or owners of the property in interest shall be entitled
to receive by reason of the condemnation, after the same shall have
been agreed upon or assessed in the manner provided by law, then
