COUNT II - CUSTODY
8. Plaintiff hereby incorporates Paragraphs 1 through 8 hereinabove as if set forth
more fully herein.
9. Plaintiff seeks shared legal custody and majority physical custody of the
following child: Courtney N. Murphy, born on July 14, 1995; who resides with Plaintiff at the
above address.
10. The above child was born of the marriage ofthe Plaintiff and Defendant.
11, Plaintiff believes and therefore avers that a Custody Agreement will be reached
between Plaintiff and Defendant. Upon reaching an agreement. parties will reduce same to
writing to be approved by Order of Court.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Honorable Court enter a Decree
of Custody.
