NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: Thnt Contractor Cor and in consideration DC the awarding to him by
Owner oC said contract as aCoresaid, ns well DB the Curther considerntion oCOne ($1.00) Dollar to him paid at or beCore the
ensealing and delivery DC these presenls, the receipt whereoCis hereby acknowledged, does hereby covenant, promise
and agree that no mechanics'lien or claim cr other lien or claim oCany kind wha180ever shall be filed against the said
building or buildings or the curtilage or curtllages appurtenant thereto, by Contractor or by any sub-contractor,
materialmen or laborers Cor work done or materials Cumished under said contract Cor and about said building or
buildings or any part thereoC, oron credit thereoC, and thstall sub-contractors, materialmen, and laborers on said work
shall look to and hold Contractor personally liable Cor all sub-controcts, mawrials furnished and work and labor done,
so that there shall not be any legal or lawful cloim oCany kind whatever against Owner Cor any work done or labor or
materials Cumished under ssid contract Cor and about the erection, construction and completion DC said buildings as
aCoresaid, or under any contracls Cor extra work, or Cor work supplemental thereto, or otherwise
AND, in order to give the Owncr Cull power and authorily to protect himself and thelol or lols oC ground against any
and all claims filed by the Conlractoror anyone acting under or through him or it in violation oCthe Coregoing covenant,
the said Contractor Cor himself, themselves, itselC, hereby irrevocably nuthorizes and empowers any Attorney oC any
CourtoCCommon PlessoCthe Commonwealth oCPennsylvanla, to appear Cor him, them, it,or any oCthem,in anyoCthe
said CoumoCe.mmon Pleas as Altomey Cor him, thenl orit and in his, their, ils, name, mark satisfied oCrecord at the
cost and expense DC the Contractor or DC any Sub-Contractor or Materialman, or Materialmen, any and all claims or
claim, lien or liens, filed by or Cor the Contractor, or any Sub-Contractor or Materialman, or in his or their name against
said building or buildings, lot or lots oC ground or any part thereoC and Cor such act or acls this shall be good and
sufficient warrant and authority, nnd a reCerence to the Court, Tenn and Numberin which and where this Agreement
shall have been filed shall be a sufficient exhibit DC lhe authority herein contained to warrant such action, and the
Contractor Cor himselC, themselves, itselC, do hereby remise, release and quit-claim all righls and all manner DC errors,
deCecta and imperfections whatsoever in entering such satisCaction or in anywise touching or concerning the same.
