CIVIL ACTION - LAW
97-2908 CIVIL TERM
IN REI COMPLAINT AND REPLEVIN
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 13th day of June, 1997r I held a
brief hearing on this matter entitled a Complaint and Replevin.
Basically what this involved was that John P. Henry had lived
with his mother, Victoria J. Henry, at 402 East Marble Streetr
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He left somewhere around May 5th,
1997, and no longer resides with his mother. John alleges that
he has certain things that still remain in the house that belong
to him, and his mother alleges that certain property that
belonged to her was taken by John and still remains in his
possession.
At the hearing today I heard the testimony
briefly of John, and I adjourned at that time to give the
parties an opportunity to see if they could resolve this matter
amicably. After a meeting between the parties, apparently this
has been doner and it was agreed that they would meet today at
3100 p.m. at the house of Victoria J. Henry, at which time John
would be permitted to pick up all items of property that belong
to him, and he would also bring at that time to his mother's
house items of property that he has that belongs to her.
I'm not certain that each specific item that was
mentioned in the complaint will be returned. However, the
mother has agreed that she will return all items in her
