certain tract of ground with improvements thereon or erected, situate in Hampden Township,
Cumbcrland County, Pennsylvania, and being described in a Deed recordcd in the Cumberland
County RccordcrofDceds Office in Deed Book 106, Page 686, which is incorporated herein by
reference, alk/a 924 Mill Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
4. The authoritics undcr and by virtuc which thc assessment as Icvicd and thc work
performed are: the Municipality Authorities Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended and
supp1cmented; Resolution of Hampden Township Sewer Authority No. 96-02, adoptcd August
14,1996 as amended. Thc claim for collection of the claim is based upon the Act ofthc
Assembly approved May 16, 1923, P,L. 207, as amcnded and supplemented.
5. All acts, conditions, events and things required to be done under the Ordinance
of the Township of Hampden, Resolutions of the Hampden Township Scwcr Authority, and Acts
of the Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, have been and were performed in due
and legal form, to entitle the Hampden Township Scwer Authority to file a lien for the payment
of this claim.
6. Thc date of completion of the Project as certified by the Consulting Engineer,
duly appointed by the Hampden Township Sewer Authority, was August 14, 1996.
