appear for t.he Defendants and confess judgment in eject.ment in favor of
the Plaintiffs and against Defendants, 1st Financial Automot.ive Net.work,
Inc. and 1st. Financial Fleet. Lease Corporation, for possession of the
real propert.y described as follows:
15 N. 21st Street, Borough of Camp Hill
Cumberland County, pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at. a point on t.he east.ern side of North 21st Street,
which point. is referenced a distance of 150 feet. measured in a
northwardly direction along the east side of North 21st. St.reet from its
intersect.ion with Market. St.reet and which point. is also at the Nort.hern
line of a 10 foot wide alley; t.hence along t.he East.ern side of North 21st.
Street North 06 degrees 30 minut.es West., a distance of 105.50 feet. t.o a
point on the sout.hern side of a 14 foot wide alley; thence along the
southern side of said alley, Sout.h Sl degrees 04 minutes 26 seconds East,
a distance of 143.98 feet to a point on the western side of a 10 foot
wide unopened alley; thence along t.he west.ern side of said alley South
06 degrees 30 minut.es East, a distance of 67.20 feet. to a point. on the
north side of a 10 foot. wide alley first above referred t.o; and thence
along the nort.hern side of said alley south 83 degrees 30 minutes West.,
a distance of 138.80 feet to a east.ern side of Nort.h 21st Street, the
place of BEGINNING.
