The parties hereto are husband and wife, having been joined in marriage on July 27, 1990 and are the parents of two children: Justin Harrison Hurrelbrink, born May 11, 1991; and Ayden Tyler Hurrelbrink, born July 9, 1993. 2. The parties hereto shall share legal custody of their children. 3. Defendant, Angela Hurrelbrink, hereinafter Mother, shall have primary physical custody said children, Brent A. Hurrelbrink, Plaintiff, hereinafter Father, shall have partial custody of the children on alternating weekends from Friday at 6:00 p.m, until Sunday at 6:00 p.m, He shall have partial custody on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Father shall pick up the children from the daycare provider or at such other place as Mother advises in the Carlisle area, and shall return them to Mother at the McDonald's Restaurant on Route 11, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 4. The parties shall alternate custody of the children on the following holidays from 9:00 a.m, until 8:00 p,m.: January 1st, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
