and declare this to be my Last Will and Test~ent, hereby
revoking and making null and void any and all ~ills and
Codicils that I have heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct that all of my just debts,
being those to which I have no legal defense, and funeral
e:~enses, be paid as soon as may be convenient after my
decease by my hereinafter named Executrix.
SECOND. I hereby expressly authorize, empower and
direct my hereinafter named Executrix, for the payment of
debts or for any purpose of administration or distribution,
to sell any property, real or personal, publicly or privately,
for cash or on time, without an Order of Court, upon such
terms and conditions as to her shall seem best, and to
execute any deeds or other documents incident thereto.
THIRD. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate,
whatsoever the same may be and wheresoever the same may be
situate at the time of my decease, real, personal and
mixed, or to which I may be entitled at the time of my

FIELDS, fails to survive me or in the event that we both
meet a simultaneous death or die under such circumstances
as to render it im~ossible to determine which predeceased
the other, then I give, devise and bequeath all of my
estate, real, ~ersonal and mixed, whatsoever the same
may be and wheresoever the same may be situate at the
time of my decease, unto my granddaughter, LAUR~I A. FIELDS,
a minor, of 615 Beinhower Road, Etters, York County,
Pennsylvania.
FIFTH. I nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter, HICHELJ: ANN FIELDS, to be the :!1:xecutrix of
this, my Last Will and Testament. Should my daughter,
MICHELS ANN FIELDS, predecease me or refuse or fail to
serve as my executrix for any reason, or cease to serve
as my executrix for any reason after having been ap~ointed,
then I hereby nomin~te, constitute and appoint my niece,

Testament.

revoking and malting null and void any and all Wills and
Codicils that I have heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct that all of my just debts,
being those to which I have no legal defenso, and funeral
expenaes, be paid so soon as may be convenient after my
decease by my hereinafter named Executrix.
SECOND. I hereby expressly authorize, empower and
direct my hereinafter named Executrix, for the payment of
debts or for any purpose of administration or distribution,
