6. As a rcsult of thc work pcrformcd by Plaintiff pursuant to the Agreement
between Plaintiff and Dcfendant, thcre currcntly rcmains an outstanding principle balance due
by Defendant to Plaintiff in thc amount of $16,095,67.
7. On or about December 20, 1996, Plaintiff and Defendant entered into a new
agreement which serves as the basis for this action, whereby Defendant agreed to make
monthly payments in the amount of $1,500 per month until the outstanding balance was paid in
full.
8. Despite demand. Defendant has failed to honor the monthly installment
agreement referenced in paragraph 7 above.
9. Based upon Defendant's failure to make any payments under the installment
agreement, there remains an outstanding balance owed by Defendant to Plaintiff in the amount
of $16,095,67,
10, As a consequence of Defendant's breach of the installment agreement,
Defendant is liable to Plaintiff for the amount of $16,095.67, plus interest, costs and
reasonable attorney's fees.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands that judgmcnt be entcred in its favor and against
Defendant in the amount of $16,095.67, plus interest at the legal rate, costs of suit, and
reasonable attorney's fees.
