AGREEMENT TO SUBORDINATE JUDGMENT
WHEREAS, FRANCES MACEDO by judgment filed JUNE 10, 1997 in the
office for the recording of deeds of CUMBERLAND County,
Pennsylvania Docket # 1997-03081 contracted to repay to JAMES C.
COSTOPOULOS the just sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00)
and;
WHEREAS, the said LOUIS MACEDO, FRANCES MACEDO, MARX A. BUTERBAUGH
AND WENDY BUTERBAUGH has/have given a certain mortgage in the just
sum of FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($55,000.00), unto TMS MORTGAGE
INC., DBA THE MO~~Y STORE, its successors and assigns dated the
?;'hd day of ,Tnly , 1997, and intended to be
forthwith recorded in the office for the recording of deeds of
CUMBERLAND County, and;
WHEREAS, it is the intention of JAMES C. COSTOPOULOS to subordinate
the judgment aforementioned to that of the mortgage of TMS MORTGAGE
INC., DBA THE MONEY STORE, its successors and assigns, dated and
recorded as aforesaid, so that the judgment of JAMES C.
COSTOPOULOS, shall be subordinate in lien to that of TMS MORTGAGE
INC., DBA THE MONEY STORE, its successors and assigns.
NOW, therefore, known all men by these presents for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), to it in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said JAMES C.
COSTOPOULOS does for itself, its successors and assigns, hereby
subordinate and make junior the judgement held by and against
FRANCES MACEDO, as aforesaid, so far as said mortgage is a lien on
the premises bounded and described as follows:
SEE DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO
AND presently owned by LOUIS MACEDO, FRANCES MACEDO, MARX A.
BUTERBAUGH AND WENDY BUTERBAUGH, to the mortgage of TMS MORTGAGE
INC., DBA THE MONEY STORE, its successors and assigns dated the
22nd day of July , 1997, in the just sum of FIFTY-
FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($55,000.00), which said mortgage is intended
to be forthwith recorded in the office for the recording of deeds
of CUMBERLAND County, for itself, its successors and assigns.
JAMES C. COSTOPOULOS does hereby subordinate its judgment upon the
aforesaid premises to the said mortgage of TMS MORTGAGE INC., DBA
THE MONEY STORE, its successors and assigns.
