1. Plaintiff is Richard Peyser, an adult individual currently residing at 1640 Williams
Grove Road, Dillsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17019.
2. Defendant is Theresa Peyser, an adult individual currently residing at 5446
Autumn Drive, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania 17111.
3. The Plaintiff is the natural father of the children, Tristen Peyser, bom August 4,
1994; Johnathan Peyser, bom April 8, 1992; and Matthew Peyser, bom 18, 2000.

The natural father of the children is the Plaintiff, who resides as foresaid. He is

Plaintiff currently resides alone.
10. The Plaintiff has no infom~ation of a custody proceeding concerning the children
pending in any Court of this Commonwealth.
11. The Plaintiff does not know of any person not a party to the proceedings who
claims to have custody or visitation fights with respect to the children.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff, Richard Peyser, respectfully requests this Honorable Court
to enter an Order scheduling the Parties for a Custody Conciliation.

AND NOW, Friday, January 03, 2003 , upon consideration of the attached Complaint,
it is hereby directed that parties and their respective counsel appear betbre Jacqueline M. Verney, Esq. , the conciliator,
at 4th Floor, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle on Wednesday, January 22, 2003 at 9:30 AM
for a Pre-Hearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort will be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or
if this cannot be accomplished, to define and narrow the issues to be heard by the court, and to enter into a temporary
order. All children age five or older may also be present at the conference. Failure to appear at the conference may
provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent order.
The court hereby directs the parties to furnish any and all existing Protection from Abuse orders,
Special Relief orders, and Custody orders to the conciliator 48 hours prior to scheduled hearing.

PRAECIPE TO DISCONTINUE
TO THE PROTHONOTARY:
On January 3, 2003, the above-captioned Plaintiff filed a Custody Complaint. It has since
been determined that Dauphin County has jurisdiction of the children at issue, and would
therefore be a more appropriate venue. Accordingly, the Plaintiff respectfully requests that this
matter be discontinued.
