I, FRANK B. GETTYS, of tho Borouqh of Mechanicsburq, County
of Cumberland, and State of Ponnsy1vania, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore
made,

I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I give,
devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Nargretta B. Gettys, to
her own use and benefit absolutely.

disaster common to both of us, I direct that the following
disposition of my Estate be made:
(a) Any articles. such as dishes and the furniture

appear thereon.
(b) I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand
Five Hundred ($2.500.00) Dollars to the Slate Hill

Mennonite Church, R.D, #3, Mechanicsburq. Pennsylvania.
(c) I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand
Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars to the Salem (Strayer's)
Lutheran Church, Dover. R.D. #2. York County, Pennsylvania.
(d) The remaininq balance or residue of my Estate
shall be divided equally among my nieces and nephews:
Earl W. Hertzler. currently of Bowmansdale; Florence Jane

I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, Hararetta B.
Gettys, to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
If she should predecease me, or for any other reason be unable to
act as such Executrix, I appoint my nephew. Earl W. Hertzler, and
my niece, Florence J. Hertz1e~, to be the Executors in her place

and stead. If both of them should predecease me, or for any
other reason be unable to act as Executors, I appoint the First
Bank and Trust Company of Mechanicsburg to be the Executor in
their place and stead. I further direct that none of them shall
be required to file bond or other security in the Office of the
Register of Wills for the purpose of administering my Estate.

I authorize and empower my personal representative. in her
sole and absolute discretion,
to purchase or otherwise acquire
and retain any investments of Which I die seized. or any real or
personal property of any nature; to
sell, lease, pledge.
mortgage. transfer, exchange,
dispose of. or grant options in
regard to any or all property of any kind forming a part of my
Estate for such terms and such prices as she may deem advisable;
to borrow money for any purposes connected with the protection
and preservation of my Estate; to mortgage or pledge any real or
personal property forminq a part of my Estate. or to join in or
secure the partition of same; to compromise any claims or demands
of my Estate aaainst others or of others against my Estate; to
make distribution in kind and to cause any share to be composed
of cash, property in undivided fractional shares in property
different in kind from any other share: and to execute and
