Kim, Judgment 97-3131 or 97-3136 Dear Rene: Please be advised that I represent Chi Kim in reference to the above-captioned Certification of Motor Vehicle Judgment with an accident date of 06/08/96. The enclosed copy of the judgment shows a number of 97-3136, however, the enclosed page 2 of Mr. Kim's driving record shows a Court Term: 1997, Number: 3131. Also enclosed please find our check in the amount of $ 2,101.49. I am requesting that you put these monies in an interest bearing account for the next five years. I have attempted to contact Meghan Taylor on a number of different occasions and methods to no avail. Enclosed are two certified letter that I sent in an attempt to contact her and negotiate a settlement. Being unable to reach Ms. Taylor, I am asking you to escrow the $ 2,101.49 and provide to me a Court certified Certificate of Satisfaction that we both can provide to PENNDOT to have the judgment indefinite suspension lifted from Mr. Kim's driving record. In five years, I will Petition the Court to return these monies, with interest, if you are unable to find Ms. Taylor. If you do find her, I would ask that you contact my office so that we can make her a negotiated offer in a lesser amount. Thank you very much for your anticipated courtesy with this matter.
