BYLER, of 31 Quigley Road, Newburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17240, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, and FRED W. WIDDERS and JANICE E. Widders, husband and wife, to William M, Kurtz and Ella Grace Kurtz, husband and wife, by their Deed dated October 3,1951, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, in Deed Book "V", Volume 14, Page 69, PARCEL B: Parcel of land conveyed by George J. Widders and Edna M, Widders, husband and wife, to The School District of the Township of Dickinson, by their Deed dated July 91, 954, and recorded in the Office aforesaid, in Deed Book "W", Volume 15, Page 277, PARCEL C: Parcel of land retained by George J, Widders and Edna M, Widders, husband and wife, being lot No, 2 on their Subdivision Plan recorded in the Office aforesaid, in Plan Book 44, Page 19. BEING the same property which George J, Widders and Edna M. Widders, husband and wife, by their Deed dated September 20, 1983, and recorded in the Office aforesaid, in Deed Book "J", Volume 30, Page 630, granted and conveyed unto Fred W.
