DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land and premises, situate, lying and being in the Township of
Hampden, in the County of Cumberland, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the northern line of Concord Road (5(f feet wide), which said point is in
the division line between Lots Nos, 149 and 150 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence
along the northern line of Concord Road, north 84 degrees 38 minutes east, 100 feet to a point;
thence along the line of land of Bunker Hills, of which this is a part, north 05 degrees 22 minutes
west, 233.37 feet to a point in the division line between Lots Nos, 149 and 152 on said Plan; thence
along the division line between Lots Nos, 149 and 152 and Lots Nos. 149 and 151, south 32
degrees 51 minutes 13 seconds west, 161.63 feet to a point at corner of Lot No, 150,
aforementioned; thence along the division line between Lots Nos, 149 and 150 on said Plan, south
05 degrees 22 minutes east, 106.39 feet to a point in the northern line of Concord Road,
aforementioned, at the point and Place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 149 on Plan No.4 of Bunker Hills, which said Plan is recorded in the Cumberland
County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 24, page 134.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a one-story aluminum siding dwelling house known and numbered
as 4379 Concord Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
