2. Defendant Tracy L. Juarez is a sui juris adult individual having an address of
33 S. High Street. Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Defendant borrowed the sum of One Thousand ($],000.00) Dollars ITom
Plaintiff on or about March 14. ] 997. on the agreement and understanding that Defendant would
