of business Is located at 900 East Wayzala Boulevard, Suite 120, Wayzalll, MN 65391, for the
construc;tlon of a 120 llI'llt senior citizen housing development, upon land;~~te In SPJJe~sbUrg
Borough, recorded in the Office of the Re~rder of Deeds at Plan Book page more
particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
